- The hotel which we used to have bath before getting on train is quite old. It may not be used for next time.
- The company should arrange the nice and clean toilet on the way from Sapa – Dien Bien for group.
- The driver is so kind and helpful. The tourist guide is experience, knowledgeable and service mind 100%.
